Abstract

The review characterizes a scientific collective monograph addressed to researchers, university and school teachers, students, and anyone interested in literature, culture, and the history of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. The authors of this publication consider the Yugra text from the standpoint of its semantics and ideology, conceptual sphere, vocabulary and phraseology, journalistic and artistic discourses, identifying the features of the supertext and imagological models of Yugra. Based on the material of the works of famous Yugra poets and prose writers (E.D. Aipin, A.S. Tarkhanov, Yu.N. Shestalov, E.S. Loginova, V.S. Voldin and many others), the authors of the monograph identify both the specific features of the Yugra text and its embeddedness in the domestic and world literary process, present the linguistic and cultural characteristics of works of various periods and genres. This publication includes research that concentrates the most complex and relevant aspects of Ugric culture, revealing the main lines and problems of the development of the regional Ugric text as an obligatory element of the cultural and historical space of the region. Most of the presented works are the result of many years of research and contain extensive research material.
