Abstract

The article analyzes the specifics of the ideological-figurative and motivational system of the dramatic poem “Gondla”, which allows us to draw conclusions about the evolution of the poet's aesthetic search. The article considers the aesthetic views of N. S. Gumilyov, the main mythopoetic images and motives (duality, return, bell, lute, ship, poet, Transfiguration, etc.), the content and change of the poet's aesthetic program and its reflection both in the dramatic experiences of N. S. Gumilyov and in the poet's later work as a whole. The main lines of the figurative system of "Gondla" are defined, attention is paid to the assessment of the ideological component of N. S. Gumilyov’s creativity.
