Abstract

The author of the article assumes that, despite a sufficient number of scientific papers on the analysis of a journalistic text, the vast majority of them contain proposals for the analysis of the formal (linear) structure. The article proposes to consider the journalistic text as a text of culture, that is, from the standpoint of semiotics and linguoculturology. It is proposed to add another aspect of the analysis to the existing ones – the analysis of the conceptual sphere of the journalistic text. In this case, the concept as a universal concept acts as a link between the culture of the people and the thinking of the bearer of this culture. Thanks to the concepts, the journalist represents his own linguistic picture of the world in the text. The article also suggests to compare the author's and readers' (comments, feedback) conceptual spheres in order to conclude about the effectiveness of the author's materials, and the degree of realization of their influencing function. An example of such a comparison is given.
